For the Swarthmore College IEEE Chapter it was necessary to design a template that was clean and simple to view, in order to faciliate the rapid changes and updates that were required of a regional engineering chapter, one of several within the college itself. The theme was based on a circuit board, with an overall blue color scheme to agree with both the IEEE logo and previous designs. Once again, an emphasis on server-side includes makes updates by the client easier and faster, and valid and compliant code allows for a more thorough experience.
